We deliver flowers, plants and gift baskets to the Greater Austin Area. We offer a FLAT $14 delivery within Austin ( a little bit more for the burbs to cover the extra gas ). Delivery is quick, fast and easy in Austin! The delivery courier picks up our orders twice a day and our deliveries are guaranteed by the end of the day. The drivers work longer than our business hours, and on a different schedule than our designers.
They do their very best to have work addresses delivered no later than 5pm and residential orders no later than 6pm, but multiple factors can change this timing. The drivers work very hard to get the arrangements delivered as quickly as they can in the midst of traffic and street closures which can be found every day in this great city! Please also realize that your recipient is most likely not expecting the delivery so we also run into people leaving early or not being home and or security that won’t allow us to leave deliveries. At that point we do our best to contact the recipient and work out a plan for delivery or leave it in a safe place for them to find upon coming home. Central Texas is also known for its splendid heat and humidity which do not provide a great environment for flowers. So, when the temperatures rise, we will be sure to call ahead on the day of delivery to ensure someone will be home to receive your gift so that it doesn’t expire waiting for them outside.

Each and every item is handmade to order so some variation may occur in the style and color from the photo seen on our website. We do our very best to get it as close as possible, but occasionally substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers or the current stock in house. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays or if we are not able to source it on a given day. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Requesting a re-delivery, return or a refund is easy! We stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied for any reason, call us within 24 hours of delivery for a return, re-delivery or refund and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Include which date you would like the recipient to receive the flowers in the delivery date field of the order. We are open for service Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm and closed on weekends. We are also closed for all major holidays and the time between Christmas and New Years.

Since other florists often don't have the same inventory or design capabilities that we do, we have chosen not to use a wire service. While they do still exist for many national brands, we have found the quality to be sub par. Additionally, other florists aren't on our delivery system, so often obtaining a final picture or delivery signature isn't possible. In other words, Austin Flower Delivery cannot guarantee the precise or exact look and presentation of the arrangement or the flowers used when filled by another florist. For this reason, we don’t wire to other florists. If the delivery you require is within our delivery area or you are willing to pay the courier fee to have it picked up in Austin and delivered to the address you require, we are happy to be of service to you. If you are looking for something to be delivered hours or states away, we encourage you to use a local florist in that area for best results.
