Our dedicated drivers work tirelessly to deliver workplace orders by 5pm and residential deliveries by 7pm, though various factors like Austin traffic and occasional street closures may affect timing. Rest assured, our drivers are committed to getting your beautiful arrangements delivered as quickly as possible while navigating our vibrant, bustling city!
When hand delivery isn't possible: If we cannot place the arrangement directly into your recipient's hands, we'll text a photo of the safe location where we've placed the flowers to the phone number you provided. We always ring the doorbell and knock to ensure personal delivery whenever possible.
Hot weather protection: During Austin's warmer months, we proactively call ahead on delivery day to ensure someone will be available to receive your gift, preventing your beautiful flowers from wilting in the Texas heat.

Occasionally, substitution of keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to high demand (especially during major holidays) or sourcing availability. For single-flower arrangements like all-rose bouquets or orchids, we make every effort to match the flower type but may substitute with another stunning color.

Planning ahead? Simply specify your desired delivery date in the delivery date field when ordering on our website. We're open for calls Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm and closed weekends. We're also closed for major holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year's.

Why We Don't Use Wire Services - Quality You Can Trust
We believe in delivering excellence personally. Since other florists often lack our inventory and design capabilities, we've chosen not to use wire services. While these services exist for national brands, we've found the quality inconsistent. Additionally, other florists aren't integrated with our delivery system, making final photos or delivery confirmations difficult.
The Austin Flower Delivery difference: We cannot guarantee the precise look and presentation when arrangements are filled by other florists. That's why we don't wire to other locations. However, if your delivery is within our service area, or you're willing to pay courier fees for pickup in Austin and delivery to your required address, we're delighted to serve you!
Need delivery outside our area? For deliveries hours or states away, we recommend using a trusted local florist in that area for optimal results. We do not deliver to Dripping Springs, Spicewood, Buda, Kyle, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Wimberley, Liberty Hill, Bastrop, Driftwood or Marble Falls
