Open Heart Sympathy Wreath

This beautiful 18'' open heart wreath is full of hydrangea, roses, snapdragons and stock for a truly elegant display of color and love (The 18" wreath expands it size after adding the flowers and greens by about 4" all around and comes with a 60'' easel to hang it on.) It is a wonderful way to honor and celebrate your loved one. The colors, wreath size and flowers can be customized with a note on your order or by calling us at 210-796-6900. Larger size wreaths are available but will increase the price with the additional flowers needed to fill it. We do require at least 24 hours advance notice for delivery of a special piece like this.
