How Ordering Works
From your click to their smile — here is exactly what happens when you order from Austin Flower Delivery, start to finish. No mysteries, no fine print surprises.
1. Place your order
Order online any time, or call or text us at 512-534-3800. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cutoff — typically 11:00 AM CT on weekdays — and every product page shows a live countdown of what is still deliverable today, so you never have to guess.
2. You get a confirmation — with free delivery tracking
Right after checkout you receive a confirmation email with your order details and a link to our free delivery tracker, so you can follow your arrangement to the door.
3. We design it fresh, that day
We buy fresh flowers every morning rather than holding stock in coolers for a week — your arrangement is designed from that morning’s market. Read more in our same-day flower practices.
4. Hand-delivered by our own floral drivers
Deliveries are made by our own specially trained drivers in climate-controlled vehicles — flowers ride very differently than pizza. Zones and pricing are on our fast delivery info page.
5. Photo confirmation on every delivery
We photograph every arrangement on delivery, so you know exactly when it arrived and exactly how it looked.
6. If anything is not right, we make it right
Let us know within 7 days of delivery — by phone, or email at info@austinflowerdelivery.com — and we will assess it personally and offer a refund or replacement depending on the circumstances. Full details in our refund policy.
Weekends & holidays
Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm Central. Weekends and holidays are by appointment — and yes, we deliver on weekends and holiday weekends (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s and more). Just call ahead to arrange it.
Payment & security
Checkout runs on Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant payment platform — the same infrastructure used by millions of stores. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and we never see or store your full card number.
